Warranty Policy
1. 60-Day Full Replacement Warranty
All mining hardware purchased from Crypto Punch LLC comes with a 60-day full replacement warranty. If your miner develops a manufacturer defect within this period, we will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost.
2. What’s Covered?
✔ Manufacturer defects or hardware malfunctions.
✔ Units that fail to power on or operate as intended.
✔ Malfunctioning hash boards, control boards, or PSU (Power Supply Unit).
3. What’s Not Covered?
Damage caused by improper use, overclocking, or unauthorized modifications.
Physical damage due to mishandling, fire, water, or electrical surges.
Normal wear and tear over time.
Issues caused by third-party firmware or software modifications.
Warranty Claims:
- Customers must report warranty issues within 60 days of delivery.
- Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting before approving a return.
- If a defect is confirmed, we will issue a replacement unit (subject to availability).
Return Policy
All Sales Are Final – No Refunds
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining hardware, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
1. Replacement Policy for Defective Items
If your miner is found to be defective within the warranty period, a replacement will be provided under these conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of noticing the defect.
- The miner must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Customers must provide detailed issue descriptions and photos/videos for verification.
- Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps before approving a replacement.
- If confirmed defective, a replacement unit will be shipped.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- All crypto mining hardware sales are final.
- Refunds are not available due to market volatility and hardware depreciation.
- Damage due to overclocking, firmware modifications, power surges, or improper use is not covered.
How to File a Warranty Claim?

2️⃣ Submit Proof – Provide videos or images showing the defect.
3️⃣ Troubleshooting – Our team will assist in resolving the issue.
4️⃣ Replacement Authorization – If confirmed defective, a replacement miner will be issued.
